The impressive building with its stepped gable and tower extension, visible from afar, is the main building of the Hotel Fravi. On the other side of the road is the management house, "Haus Gunda", a spacious hotel garden and a stable with a large plot of land on which an extension could be built. The land on which the mineral bath are located also belongs to the hotel and has been given to Schamser Heilbad Andeer AG. The mineral bath, a wellness oasis of approximately 1800 m², is directly connected to the hotel.
Immediately behind the mineral bath is the reformed church with its striking tower, built in 1673 and incorporating an earlier building.
A total of 49 single, double rooms and suites are spread over the five upper floors of the hotel. All rooms are elegantly furnished in warm colours, with spacious bathrooms and, with a few exceptions, parquet floors. The Junior Suites are larger and more elaborate, with a comfortable sitting area. Even more spacious are the two Arven Suites, which are entirely paneled in rustic Arven wood from the hotel's original era. Finally, at the very top of the fifth floor, you can feel like the lord of the castle in the Tower Suite and enjoy the magnificent views over the Schams Valley.
The versatile »Hotel Fravi« is a flexible property in which the new owners or operators can realise their personal vision of living and hospitality as a family or as individuals. The elegant Art Nouveau and Home Style design could be continued, but could also be enriched with individual modern design classics. A new extension on the other side of the road or along the Church Hill could, if necessary, extend the range of accommodation.
