»Villa Lesa«

Villa of the 1800 completely renovated, preserving the original frescoes and the inlaid parquet. 

The plant engineering part is at state of the art with domotics and geothermal systems. On the ground floor, it comprises a spacious entrance, large reception hall, a breakfast kitchen, dining room. In the basement floor there is a kitchen with dumbwaiter, TV room, cellar, two technical rooms and a bathroom. On the first floor, the night zone with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and on the top floor the master bedroom in the tower, two large bathrooms and two walk-in closets. All the floors are connected by an elevator. The park designed by landscapers shows the style of the Italian garden of the time.

A project was approved for the renovation of the 248 m² guest house, and the construction of underground garages with overlying infinity pool.
