The family home was built in 1784 as a two-story semi-detached plastered house, on a small hilltop above a basement plinth rising from the terrain. Today the building is under monument protection. Together with further farmhouses, a bee house, several barns, old storage and functional buildings, it forms an ideal country-like place, which is embedded in a small group of trees in a wide meadow.
