This valuation method is based on a statistically sound comparative approach, incorporating characteristics of the macro- and micro-location as well as quantitative information about the property. By comparing numerous transaction prices across Switzerland for similar properties, the hedonic model arrives at a precise yet conservative value.

We have extensive experience with historic buildings, luxury real estate, and collector’s items, and are able to determine the actual achievable market price, which exceeds the conservative value of the hedonic valuation.
