A market-oriented valuation of your property is the prerequisite for successful brokerage. With Wüst Partner AG, we have a competent partner and can access very large amounts of data on effective transactions across Switzerland on their evaluation platform and thus make well-founded evaluations.

For the estimation, we use the hedonic valuation method as a basis for determining market prices. This valuation method is based on a statistically based comparative value method, which includes the properties of the macro and micro situation as well as quantitative information about the property. By comparing numerous transaction prices of similar objects across Switzerland, the hedonic model arrives at a precise but conservative value.

We have a wide range of experience with historic buildings, luxury properties and collector properties and are able to determine the effectively achievable market price, which is above the conservative value of the hedonic valuation. We value investment properties, such as apartment buildings, using the discounted cash flow method and can therefore also provide a precise market price recommendation — because a justified marketing price for your property is your success and ours!
