For the estimation, we use the hedonic valuation method as a basis for determining market prices. This valuation method is based on a statistically based comparative value method, which includes the properties of the macro and micro situation as well as quantitative information about the property. By comparing numerous transaction prices of similar objects across Switzerland, the hedonic model arrives at a precise but conservative value.
We have a wide range of experience with historic buildings, luxury properties and collector properties and are able to determine the effectively achievable market price, which is above the conservative value of the hedonic valuation. We value investment properties, such as apartment buildings, using the discounted cash flow method and can therefore also provide a precise market price recommendation — because a justified marketing price for your property is your success and ours!
