Where the River Aare first turns north at the foot of the Jura mountains, the magnificent castle »Collection Nobilis Estate – No. 11« crowns a rocky spur. From the property, spectacular views extend across fields and forests of the river valley, at the transition between the rural Jura region and the Swiss Plateau. The surrounding area is rich in castles and historic fortifications, including Habsburg Castle, the ancestral seat of the famous noble dynasty.

The picturesque castle complex is arranged around an inner courtyard with a central fountain and comprises two keep towers, a residential palace (palas), ancillary buildings and a surrounding defensive wall. Between 2012 and 2017, the estate was comprehensively and sensitively restored in accordance with heritage protection standards, resulting in a harmonious composition of medieval fabric, Baroque elegance and contemporary interventions. In total, the property offers 63 rooms with approximately 1,935 m² of usable space, set within more than 12,000 m² of grounds featuring panoramic terraces, hillside gardens and a small park.

Following the restoration, the rooms on the ground and first floors were prepared for high-end restaurant use as well as museum and exhibition purposes, while the second floor accommodates a high-quality residential apartment.
