Unique view and extensive turnaround
The “Haus Collinetta” is located at almost 1,500 m above sea level in the midst of the magnificent mountains of the Alps, surrounded by varied hiking areas and the largest ski arena in Eastern Switzerland. The manor house built in 1940 with the enchanting façade paintings by Alois Carigiet is a unique architectural gem with artfully panelled rooms and rooms that can be used flexibly. The property is perched on a mountain spur in the middle of a park-like plot of mountain meadows and pine groves, around 400 m west of the village center and approx. 500 m east of the valley station. From the elevated residential building, you can enjoy spectacular views, while privacy is optimally maintained.
Lenzerheide is located on the sunny slopes of a valley that slopes gently to the south. Despite its development into an important leisure destination, the town has retained its village character. The center with supermarket, sports shops, post office, banks, bars and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes; a Volg is even closer. Schools and school buses are also available. Lenzerheide has excellent connections: Chur can be reached in around 30 minutes by car, Liechtenstein, Austria or Davos, Zurich in less than two hours.
In summer, Lenzerheide unfolds the charm of a relaxed health resort. The Rothorn cable car and chairlifts connect the hiking regions; bike parks, over 50 trails, summer toboggan run, golf course and Lake Heidsee offer a wide range of options. The region is experiencing a remarkable upswing thanks to cultural initiatives such as the “Origen Festival Cultural”. Hotel Schweizerhof organizes a varied cultural program, supplemented by street festivals, music series, guided tours and events. The nearby “Parc Ela”, the largest nature park in Switzerland, impresses with pass crossings, moorlands, natural forests and cultural highlights.

In the winter months, “Haus Collinetta” fulfills the dream of living in the middle of a large ski area. The Val Sporz valley station, which leads directly to 225 kilometers of slopes in the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski arena, is just around 500 m west. Snow safety, modern facilities, cross-country skiing trails, winter hiking trails and natural ice rinks characterize the region. Since the merger with Arosa, 43 cable cars have been available. Lantsch/Lenz is home to the “Roland Arena”, the venue for important biathlon competitions.
The alpine manor house built in 1940 in Bündner's home style is exemplary preserved both inside and out and is under cantonal protection. The wall paintings by Alois Carigiet give the building a special appearance. The extensive property with fireplaces, seating areas, forest clearings and mountain stream creates an incomparable atmosphere. Spacious living rooms with pine trees, dining room, eat-in kitchen, guest suite, fireplace room with loggia and the separate apartment in the basement offer a wide range of uses. The “Collinetta House” is a fantastic retreat where alpine tradition and modern comfort blend harmoniously.
