The valley station of the Obersaxen Mundaun ski and hiking area is within walking distance, and after a day on the slopes it is possible to ski directly back to the ‘Mountain Lodge’. Hiking trails, mountain-bike routes, winter walks, snowshoe tours and the nearby Davos Munts bathing lake provide a wide range of leisure opportunities throughout the year. For exceptional dining and wellness experiences, the 7132 Hotel and the 7132 Therme in Vals, designed by Peter Zumthor, are also within easy reach.

requestsBuilt in 1921 and comprehensively renovated in 2024, this chalet villa combines historic character with contemporary architecture. The entire building is constructed from solid natural timber, and the renovation placed particular emphasis on natural materials, authentic surfaces and meticulous craftsmanship. The walls and ceilings contain neither nails nor iron elements, while the floors are insulated with a black-sand filling. All bathrooms are finished in Valser granite, with Swiss stone pine used exclusively in the private sauna.
The property offers approximately 198 sq m of living space and 6.5 rooms arranged across three floors. At the heart of the house is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, featuring a freestanding fireplace and panoramic glazing extending into the gable. The architecture allows the boundaries between indoors and outdoors to almost disappear, making the mountains, sky and changing light an integral part of the living experience.
