The beautiful castle estate in Graubünden
In one of the most beautiful landscapes in Grisons, a magnificent castle rises on a mountain spur, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the alpine landscape. The towering mountain ranges of the Graubünden Alps protect the valley from adverse weather.
“Collection Nobilis Estate No. 7” is the ideal image of a castle: standing alone in the midst of land and forest, with habitable outbuildings and a garden dating from the Baroque period. The towering building with a distinctive tower, hipped roof and elegant façade overlooks an elongated clearing in the south.
In the nearby mountain community, the upper center of the valley, you can enjoy a completely different, almost urban atmosphere. In the impressive town houses, you will find numerous supermarkets and specialty shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as primary and secondary schools.
The magnificent nature of Grisons invites, among other things, to hiking, mountaineering, biking, wellness, golfing and horse riding. In winter, there are two family-friendly ski areas nearby. If you're looking for more variety, you can reach the large ski arenas with countless kilometers of slopes in less than half an hour.

“Collection Nobilis Estate No. 7” is surprisingly conveniently located. In the north, you can quickly reach Liechtenstein, Austria and Germany. Davos and St. Moritz are also just around an hour away. Zurich can be reached in around 90 minutes by car. Heading south, you can reach Tessin and Italy via well-developed alpine passes.
The origins of the castle date back to the first half of the 13th century, when the building replaced a hill castle that was no longer inhabited. After a period of frequent changes of ownership, the estate was expanded into a representative castle in Baroque. Two magnificent rooms from this period have been preserved.
After a fire, the castle was renovated and expanded in the elegant Belle Époque style in the early 20th century. The main building and tower were raised and received the current distinctive roof shape. All essential building elements have been preserved to this day — but much is also in need of renovation.
In “Collection Nobilis Estate No.7,” new spectacular halls, rooms and salons open up behind every corridor, behind every door, with elegant parquet floors, original paneling, lush stucco ceilings, festive fireplaces and other exquisite details from different stylistic periods. In an atmosphere of history and nobility, you can wonderfully switch off from everyday life and receive guests in a prestigious setting.
In this inspiring place, future castle owners, demanding families, organizers and companies can realize their ideas of living and working in a stylish and practical way. Nature, tradition and modernity form a fruitful combination here.
