Perfect interplay between historic villa and modern extension
Kilchberg offers just the right balance between culture and nature, city and lake. The renowned, very tax-friendly community of Lake Zurich is known primarily for a prominent former resident, the writer Thomas Mann. The Lindt & Sprüngli AG chocolate factory, founded in 1848, also has its headquarters here.
High above Kilchberg, the luxuriously furnished turn-of-the-century villa with a modern extension, outdoor pool and viewing terrace is nestled on a sunny slope. From “ZENITH” you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains.
In the center of Kilchberg, you will find grocery stores, banks, pharmacies and selected retail stores for daily needs. There are also kindergartens, schools of various ages and international educational institutions in the vicinity of the property.
When you're not having fun doing water sports on Lake Zurich, the beautiful hinterland invites you to spontaneous activities. On the nearby Uetliberg, you can enjoy spectacular views of Lake Zurich and the Alpine peaks on clear days. And you can dive into the hustle and bustle of the Limmat city at any time — by car, bus or train.

requestsThe entire ground floor of the beautiful historic villa is a wonderful sequence of living room, lounge, dining and kitchen area, while the modern, single-storey living hall extends across the street - with fireplace, garden kitchen and breathtaking views through the elongated window fronts.
An extensive terrace stretches between the old and new buildings, culminating in an exposed viewpoint in the southeast. The basement floor below houses an opulent spa and fitness area, an impressive home cinema and a spacious guest suite.
With fine oak flooring and an original tiled stove, the large living room of the historic villa exudes the elegance only known from the Belle Époque. In the west, there is a cozy lounge, which can also be used as a library, office or music room.
The great dining and kitchen area stretches across the entire east side of the villa. People like to gather here for a delicious feast and enjoy the magnificent view from the festive fireplace. With a work island and high-quality equipment, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired even for the discerning gourmet chef.
The opulent master sleeping area on the 1st floor impresses with a spacious master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. An additional bathroom with a free-standing tub is located in the southwest. Two other rooms can be used as a dressing room, office, library or baby room. On the 2nd floor of the villa, there is another bathroom and three charming bedrooms and children's rooms. In the large room in the east, you almost seem to float above the landscape
However, the luxurious “ZENITH” residence would be incomplete without the park-like garden and the large outdoor pool, which forms a separate area with pool house, shower and toilet in the northwest.
On the large viewing terrace, it is particularly good to pay homage to the fascinating spectacle of Lake Zurich, which presents itself in ever new light with the times of day and season. With “ZENITH”, they have found a fantastic retreat close to the lake — and at the same time reside in the immediate vicinity of the cosmopolitan city of Zurich.
